Who can use Orakru

You need to be 18+. For medspa categories (injectables, lasers, etc.) we verify it. Pros must hold the licenses required in their state to do what they say they do.

What Orakru is (and isn't)

Orakru is a matching platform. We connect clients and beauty pros. The actual service — the cut, the lash lift, the injection — happens between you and the pro. We're not the salon. We don't supervise treatments. We don't take a cut of bookings.

Be a person

• No fake profiles. No fake reviews.
• No harassment, hate, or unsolicited NSFW.
• No spam, scraping, or scraping-adjacent vibes.
• No pretending to be a licensed professional if you aren't.
• Don't ghost a confirmed appointment. Just don't.

We can remove your account for any of the above. We're chill about honest mistakes. We're not chill about bad faith.

Payments & bookings

You pay your pro directly, on whatever terms you both agree to. Cancellation and refund policy is between you and them. Orakru isn't involved in the money flow.

Pricing for Orakru itself

Clients: free, forever. Pros in the CT beta: free now. After launch, founding experts get a locked-for-life rate that's honestly kind of ridiculous.

Your content

You own your photos, your bio, and what you write. You give us permission to display them on Orakru while your account is active. Delete your account, we delete the content.

The legal small print

Orakru is provided "as is." We do our best, but we can't guarantee a specific outcome from a service you book with a pro. Our liability is capped at the amount you've paid Orakru in the last 12 months — which, for clients, is zero.
