What we collect

• Your email (waitlist, account).
• Your matching preferences (service, budget, location, vibe).
• For experts: business name, portfolio photos, services offered, license info where required.
• Messages you send to a matched pro through Orakru.

What we don't collect

Payment info on the client side (booking happens between you and your pro). We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't share your contact info with anyone you haven't matched with.

How we use it

• To match you with relevant pros (or clients, if you're a pro).
• To send you launch updates if you joined the waitlist.
• To send transactional emails (matches, messages, account stuff).
• To improve the matching, anonymized.

Who sees what

Until you and a pro both swipe right, your name and contact info stay hidden. Once you match, the pro sees what you chose to share in your intake. That's it.

Cookies

We use the minimum needed to keep you signed in. No third-party trackers, no ad pixels.

Your rights

Email us at hello@orakru.com to see, export, or delete your data. We'll handle it within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this in a way that matters, we'll email you before it kicks in. No fine-print sneak attacks.
